Over the past decade, I've specialised in helping people work through what's keeping them stuck. I work with clients who know something needs to change but aren't sure where to start.
My approach is grounded in compassion, evidence-based practice and is deeply collaborative. I create space for you to explore what's really going on without judgment, help you identify the patterns that aren't working, and develop strategies that fit your actual life. I believe that therapy works best when it feels like a partnership, not a prescription.
