Our sessions are conversational and collaborative. I integrate relational, trauma-informed, and somatic approaches alongside specialist addiction treatment modalities.

My Style

Professional, experienced, and trustworthy, but also real. I bring over a decade of clinical experience and evidence-based training, but I never forget that therapy works best when it feels human. You'll work with someone who listens deeply, asks thoughtful questions, and helps you connect the dots without telling you what to do.

Sessions are typically 50 minutes and happen weekly or fortnightly, depending on what works for you. We'll start by understanding what brought you here, what you're hoping to shift, and what's been getting in the way. From there, we build a therapeutic approach that fits your life: no scripts, no cookie-cutter plans. It’s collaborative from the start.
