What to expect
Sessions run between 50-90 minutes, giving you the time needed to work through what's coming up. We typically meet weekly or fortnightly. In the beginning, we focus on understanding your relationship's unique dynamics. What's working, what isn't, and where you both want things to go. The approach evolves based on what you need as a couple, not a fixed template.

We'll typically meet weekly or fortnightly, depending on what works for you. Therapy isn't static, and neither is our approach. Together, we'll set goals that feel meaningful to you, check in regularly about what's working, and adjust our approach as your needs change.
