Sessions are typically 50 minutes and happen weekly or fortnightly, depending on what works for you. We'll start by understanding what brought you here, what you're hoping to shift, and what's been getting in the way. From there, we build a therapeutic approach that fits your life: no scripts, no cookie-cutter plans. It’s collaborative from the start.
